Ever wondered how you should best throw away your extra antibiotics?  No?  Well, you should wonder that.  This Saturday, Sept. 25 is National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day and the government’s desire to take opiates off the streets can be your opportunity to safely dispose of old antibiotics. When antibiotics are thrown away or flushed, they can enter our water supplies, where they can drastically affect the ecosystem.  Do the right thing, and either burn them or safely dispose of them!
