Q:Dude, has anyone come close to discovering just how fast this planet is moving through Spacetime / Timespace ? I do know we have a handle on our velocity compared with this local group of Galaxies ( about 600km/s right? ), I also understand that some Galaxies are 'doing' about 30 000km/s - so, does anyone really know?
Velocity measurements (and yours are in the right ballparks) are all relative. How fast I am moving is inherently dependent on my change in distance over time from a fixed point.
Since nothing in spacetime is fixed, it is all moving relative to everything else. So there is no true velocity of Earth through spacetime/timespace/spacejam.
Also, the answer is 42.
