I ain’t never seen no elephant … speak Korean?

First we have a Beluga whale that mimics the human voice, and now an Asian elephant says “hello” in Korean? Animals be talkin’ all over the place!

It’s partly a story of an elephant adapting its anatomy to create very non-elephant sounds, and partly a story of an animal with a pretty big brain beginning to mimic another species. Pretty cool analysis over at Nature News.
