Did you miss NASA’s newest iconic image, the Black Marble, last night? Those gorgeous shots of a darkened globe were captured by an Earth-observing satellite and stitched into a darkened map of our planet.

Thanks to Phil Plait, we now have an awesome video of our spinning globe at night. This one is gonna do well in HD, full screen :)
